When you register for a PayTrades account: We will collect your mobile phone number or email, password, Chinese and English name of the company, copy of the business license, front and back photos of the legal representative holding their ID card, and front and back photos of the legal representative's ID card (if there are shareholders, they also need to provide their personal identification documents) based on the information you fill out. The purpose of collecting this information is to help you complete PayTrades registration, complete identity verification, open a foreign trade settlement account, protect the security of your account, and contact you in a timely manner. If you cannot provide the complete information mentioned above, you may not be able to proceed with payment settlement normally.
When you open a PayTrades account, we will upload and conduct a pre review based on the relevant credentials and documents you have provided.
When you forget your account information (such as account password), you can reset your password through your phone number or email verification code to help you retrieve your account information.
How PayTrades shares and publicly discloses your personal information
1. Sharing
(1)After obtaining your explicit consent or authorization in advance, share necessary information related to cross-border transactions with the government regulatory authorities, cooperative payment companies, and cross-border reporting banks under the jurisdiction of cross-border payment business;

(3)Sharing with our affiliated subsidiaries: Your personal information may be shared with affiliated subsidiaries of Huitong International Payment;

How long will PayTrades save your personal information
As a nationally regulated financial institution, according to laws and regulations, PayTrades still needs to store some of your transaction data records after you close your account on our platform. Your data will only be accessed internally based on necessary circumstances, and will only be accessed or processed when absolutely necessary. Your information will be stored for six years from the date of termination of business relationship between PayTrades and you, or from the date of the end of our single service provided to you. When you or your related transactions involve legal investigations or lawsuits related to anti money laundering or counter-terrorism financing, and the relevant legal investigations or lawsuits have not been completed by the end of the six-year retention period, the relevant information will be saved until the investigation or lawsuit is completed.
We will delete information that is no longer needed, and all information that we must save will use the highest security level.
